The secret beach

Bank holiday fun in Pembrokeshire, Wales

Between Broad Haven beach at Bosherston and Raming Hole is a secret beach accessible only by a tunnel!

I walked along the coastal path and followed what looked like a large sink hole to reach the deserted beach :)

Had to crawl through a very small gap under the cliff - bit scared!

The tunnel widened out

Finally I popped out onto the shore through a sea cave

Just stunning and very different to the crowded Broad haven next door :) had a lovely swim

I had never been to Pembrokeshire before and it totally blew me away! Great pubs, cafes, climbing, sea kayaking - I'll definitely be going back. No pic's of kayaking - we didn't take the camera and we capsized in a freak wave so that was lucky!

Walking on the coastal path

Tea and cake at Ye Olde World Café - probably the best café in the world - FACT! The owner has an MBE. A pot of tea and two slices of jam sponge after a spot of cliff climbing :)

It's pretty far to drive from Manchester but we stopped near Builth Wells on the river wye for a wild swim on the way there and back -  beats services!
